Chimay Premiere

The first beer brewed by the Trappist monks of Scourmont Abbey, this dubbel embodies Chimay's tradition and identity. It has a deep amber color with copper highlights and a creamy, persistent ivory head. On the nose, it offers complex aromas of caramel, dried fruit, prunes, Belgian yeast, and a delicate touch of spice. On the palate, it is smooth and enveloping, with a medium-full body, balanced malty sweetness, ripe fruit notes, and a warm, lingering finish. A convivial and refined beer, a symbol of authentic Belgian Trappist beers.
