Pertotale Lighthouse

A traditional Belgian beer belonging to the lambic family, characterized by the addition of candied sugar to soften its acidity. It appears pale amber with golden highlights and a light, short-lived white head. On the nose, fruity and tart notes emerge, hints of green apple, citrus, wood, and a delicate touch of caramel. On the palate, it is fresh and pleasantly sweet-tart, with a light body, lively effervescence, and a smooth, refreshing finish. A historic, convivial, and drinkable beer, a symbol of Brussels taverns.
