An elegant and complex Belgian Trappist beer, brewed at Scourmont Abbey. It has a bright golden color and a slightly hazy appearance, with a generous and persistent white head. On the nose, it releases fruity aromas of pear and apricot, citrus notes, and spicy notes of coriander and white pepper, accompanied by a delicate floral touch. On the palate, it is lively and harmonious, with a medium body, a malty sweetness balanced by a lively crispness, and a dry, slightly bitter finish. A refined and convivial beer, one of the most popular expressions of Belgian tripels.
