Chimay Cinq Cents

A Belgian Trappist beer also known as Chimay Blanche, the only tripel brewed by Scourmont Abbey. It has a bright golden color with orange highlights and a generous, persistent white head. The nose reveals complex aromas of yellow fruit, citrus, honey, spices, and Belgian yeast, with a delicate floral touch. On the palate, it is full-bodied and lively, with an enveloping malty sweetness, a lively crispness, and a dry, long, and slightly bitter finish. A refined and elegant beer, a symbol of the Trappist tradition.
