An Irish craft beer inspired by traditional German weissbiers but reinterpreted with a Celtic style. Brewed by Carlow Brewing Company, it features a hazy golden yellow color with a creamy, persistent white head. On the nose, it offers fruity aromas of banana and citrus, complemented by spicy notes of clove and coriander. On the palate, it is smooth and refreshing, with a medium-light body, a malty sweetness balanced by a lively acidity, and a dry, thirst-quenching finish. A fresh and original beer, combining European tradition and Irish character.
