Gouden Carolus Triple

An elegant and complex Belgian abbey beer, produced by the historic Het Anker Brewery in Mechelen. It has a bright golden color with luminous highlights and a fine, persistent white head. On the nose, it releases fruity aromas of apple, pear, and apricot, along with spicy notes of coriander and white pepper, Belgian yeast, and a hint of floral notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and lively, with an elegant malty sweetness, fruity freshness, and a dry, slightly bitter finish that enhances its drinkability. A refined and powerful tripel, the perfect expression of the Belgian monastic tradition.
