Abbey of Rocs

A rich and complex Belgian craft beer, brewed by the eponymous brasserie, founded in 1979 in Montignies-sur-Roc. It is dark brown with ruby highlights and a creamy cappuccino-colored head. The nose offers an intense bouquet of caramel, toasted malt, dried fruit, plums, and light spicy notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, with an enveloping malty sweetness, hints of ripe fruit, and a long, warming finish that highlights the elegance of the Belgian style. An authentic and refined beer, it has helped make the brasserie famous.
