Abbaye du Val-Dieu Brune

A Belgian abbey beer with a deep and enveloping character, brewed according to ancient monastic recipes from the Val-Dieu Monastery. It features a deep brown color with ruby highlights and a creamy cappuccino-colored head. The nose offers a complex bouquet of toasted malt, caramel, dried fruit, plum, and a subtle hint of chocolate and spice. On the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied, with a full malty sweetness, notes of toffee, and ripe fruit, balanced by a subtle bitterness and a long, warm finish. An elegant and meditative beer, the perfect expression of the Walloon monastic tradition.
