Bourgogne des Flandres

A unique Belgian beer, a typical expression of the Flemish style, crafted from a blend of a top-fermented brown ale and a spontaneously fermented lambic. It is dark brown with ruby highlights and a creamy ivory head. The nose offers complex aromas of ripe red fruit, wood, balsamic vinegar, and subtle caramel notes. On the palate, it is smooth and lively, with a perfect balance of malty sweetness and acidity, complemented by a long, fresh, and slightly vinous finish. A historic and refined beer, reflecting the tradition of West Flanders.
