Corsendonk Pater Noster

A Belgian abbey beer with an intense and enveloping character, originally brewed by the monks of Corsendonk and today crafted according to an ancient recipe at Brasserie du Bocq. It is dark brown with mahogany highlights and a creamy cappuccino-colored head. On the nose, rich aromas of toasted malt, caramel, dried fruit, and ripe plums emerge, with subtle spicy nuances from the yeast. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, with an elegant malty sweetness, fruity notes, and a long, warm finish. An authentic and refined dubbel, reflecting the Belgian monastic tradition.
