Lion Stout

A dark and powerful beer, brewed in Sri Lanka by Ceylon/Lion Brewery, considered one of the world's most popular tropical stouts. It is a deep black with mahogany highlights and a creamy cappuccino-colored head. On the nose, rich aromas of roasted coffee, dark chocolate, licorice, ripe plums, and subtle notes of molasses emerge. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, with a full malty sweetness, enveloping roastiness, a subtle fruity note, and a warm, lingering finish. A unique stout, combining British tradition with the exotic soul of the Indian Ocean.
