Traquair Jacobite Ale

A historic and fascinating Scottish beer, brewed by the Traquair House brewery following ancient recipes dating back to the 17th century. It has a dark mahogany color with ruby highlights and a creamy ivory head. On the nose, it releases complex aromas of roasted malt, caramel, dried fruit, honey, and spices, particularly coriander, which lends a distinctive note. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, with an enveloping malty sweetness, spicy notes, and a long, warming finish. A unique beer, combining tradition, history, and intensity.
