A Belgian Trappist beer, among the rarest and most sought-after in the world, produced in limited quantities by the monks of San Sisto Abbey. It has a dark brown color with ruby ​​highlights and a creamy hazelnut-colored head. On the nose, it offers an intense bouquet of dried fruit, caramel, plums, spices, and Belgian yeast. On the palate, it is full-bodied and velvety, with an enveloping malty sweetness balanced by spicy notes and a long, warm, and harmonious finish.
