Ingredients
- 2 Large, sweet oranges
- 1 Ripe banana
- 8 cl Plain yogurt or Greek yogurt (or plant-based milk)
- 1 spoon Honey or sugar (optional)
- qb Crushed ice
- Orange zest or orange slices for decoration
Preparation
- Peel the oranges, removing the white filaments, and cut them into pieces.
- Place the oranges, banana and yogurt into the blender
- Add honey, if desired, and crushed ice
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a large glass and decorate with orange zest or slices.
