  • 5 cl Coconut milk or fresh milk (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • qb Crushed ice
  • Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for decoration

  1. Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream and coconut milk (if desired) to the blender.
  2. Add crushed ice
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour into a hurricane glass or large tumbler
  5. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
