  • 4 cl Gin
  • 2 cl Cherry Brandy
  • 0,5 Cointreau
  • 0,5 benedictine
  • 8 cl Pineapple juice
  • 1,5 cl Fresh lime juice
  • 1 cl Grenadine syrup
  • 1 Drop of Angostura Bitter
  • qb Ice
  • Maraschino cherry and pineapple slice for decoration
Cocktail preparation

Preparation

  1. Fill a shaker with ice
  2. Pour in the gin, cherry brandy, Cointreau, Benedictine, pineapple and lime juices, grenadine and a drop of Angostura bitters.
  3. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled.
  4. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
