Ingredients
- 40 cl Iced black tea (preferably Darjeeling or Earl Grey)
- 15 cl Gin
- 10 cl Fresh lemon juice
- 5 cl Sugar syrup
- 0,5 Thinly sliced cucumber
- 1 Lemon cut into slices
- qb Ice
- Fresh mint leaves
Preparation
- Pour the iced tea, gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a large jug.
- Add the cucumber and lemon slices, along with a few mint leaves
- Mix gently to blend the flavors
- Fill the glasses with ice and pour the punch filtered or with the decorations of your choice
