Overcooked pasta? A quick fix…

When, due to a small distraction, the pasta turns out burns and therefore too soft and lacking the al dente consistency, it is possible to adopt a simple remedy to improve its texture and make it still pleasant to taste.

The first step consists in drain it immediately and pass it under a generous amount jet of cold waterThis stops the cooking process and prevents the pasta fibers from softening further. Once cooled, drain well to remove excess water.
